The Starburst is one of Melissa’s personal favorite designs and a piece she wears every day as part of her neck stack. She uses the gold-filled version to connect two antique 14K gold Victorian watch chains that are each approximately 9 inches long, creating a complete 18-inch necklace—one of our favorite ways to use the Starburst as both a connector and charm holder.

This is a working, openable charm holder.
Gently open the hinged section of the Starburst only as far as necessary to add or remove your chain, charm or pendant, then return it to the closed position.
