THE LUXE REPORT

Hello, my loves—

There is something about August in Maine that makes me want to soak up every last bit of summer—the long days, the beautiful light, and the energy that seems to fill Kennebunkport this time of year.

This weekend, I'm so excited to return to Frances Elle Boutique for our third summer pop-up together. Each one has been such a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and share pieces from Luxe Curations in person.

And this visit feels particularly special. I want to congratulate Frances Elle on its recent inclusion in W Magazine's feature, “Why Kennebunkport, Maine Should Be at the Top of Your Summer Travel List.” The article describes Frances Elle as “Fifth Avenue decanted into a Kennebunkport storefront”—a description that made me smile because it captures so beautifully what Sarah has created.

If you haven't visited yet, Frances Elle is truly worth discovering. Sarah has created such an exciting destination for designer resale, with an ever-changing collection of beautifully curated bags, shoes, clothing, and accessories. It's one of those shops where you never quite know what you'll discover—and where stopping in “just to look” can very easily turn into finding something you didn't know you needed.

The entire W Magazine guide is worth a read, particularly if you love the Kennebunks as much as I do. It includes several of our favorite places to stay, eat, shop, and explore, and is a wonderful reminder of just how special this little corner of Maine is.

I'll be at Frances Elle Saturday and Sunday, August 15th and 16th, from 11 AM–4 PM, bringing the full Kennebunkport Collection along with a fresh selection of estate and vintage jewelry, newly sourced finds, and a few pieces that haven't made their way online yet.

One of my favorite parts of these pop-ups is having the opportunity to style pieces together in person. So much of what I do is about seeing possibilities—pairing something old with something unexpected, layering pieces in a way you may not have considered, or finding that one piece that somehow makes everything you already own feel new again.

And for those of you following from afar, there is plenty happening online as well. If you've visited Luxe Curations recently, you may have noticed that the website continues to evolve. New pieces are being added almost daily, collections are being thoughtfully refined, and I'm creating an online experience that increasingly reflects the way I actually collect, style, and curate.

There is still much more to come, so I hope you'll continue checking back. Part of the fun of Luxe Curations has always been the discovery—you never quite know what might appear next.

And then, on to fall...

September means a return to Brimfield, where we'll be exhibiting at both Dealers Choice and Mays. I'm already sourcing with those shows in mind, and I'm looking forward to sharing more as we get closer.

We're also beginning to plan our first fall return to New York City. I'll share those details as soon as they're finalized.

But first, another beautiful summer weekend in Kennebunkport. If you're nearby, I hope you'll stop into Frances Elle, say hello, try something on, and spend a little time with the collection.

Thank you, as always, for following along, supporting this small business, and sharing in my love of beautiful things with lasting stories.

See you in Kennebunkport.
