THE LUXE REPORT
Hello, my loves—
We're enjoying every last bit of summer here in Maine before September arrives. There always seems to be such a pull toward whatever comes next—the next season, the next trip, the next thing—that sometimes we forget to simply enjoy where we are right now.
So for now, I'm lingering in August a little longer: the beautiful light, the long days, the color, and all of those things that feel particularly wonderful at this time of year.
Behind the scenes, we've also been continuing to add some of our favorite pieces to the Luxe Curations website. If you haven't visited recently, there are quite a few new discoveries waiting for you—including a wonderful group of pieces from our Fine Jewelry collection.
THE FINE JEWELRY EDIT
Our Fine Jewelry collection brings together exceptional pieces chosen for the quality of their materials, craftsmanship, design, and character. These are the pieces that stand out not simply because they are made in precious materials, but because there is something special about the way they were conceived and made.
This week's edit brings together natural coral, turquoise, opal and the most extraordinary blue chalcedony with warm 14K and 18K gold.
What first drew me to this group was the color. But what really connects these pieces for me is their personality.
A striking blue-winged butterfly. Two wonderful jeweled turtles. An antique coral brooch dating to around 1860. Beautiful strands of natural coral.
These are fine pieces, certainly, but they aren't overly serious. There is whimsy, color and personality here—the qualities that so often make vintage and antique jewelry feel particularly special.
I have always believed that the best jewelry becomes personal. It's worn rather than saved, mixed with pieces you already own, collected slowly over time, and perhaps eventually passed along to someone else who will make it entirely their own.
This isn't a formal new collection or another big summer drop. It's simply an edit of pieces I love together—and a closer look at a category you'll continue to see grow at Luxe Curations.

AND THEN, ON TO BRIMFIELD...
Last week I mentioned that September would bring us back to Brimfield, and now I'm excited to share the dates.
Luxe Curations will be exhibiting at Dealer's Choice on Tuesday, September 8th, followed by May's Antique Show on Thursday, September 10th.
I'm already sourcing, editing and preparing with Brimfield in mind, and I'll be bringing a carefully curated mix of estate and vintage jewelry, one-of-a-kind finds, and pieces selected specifically for the September shows.
There is something about Brimfield that I love—the hunt, the unexpected discoveries, the dealers and collectors, and the sheer possibility of what might turn up. I'm looking forward to being back and will be sharing more details as we get closer.
