FACTS & HISTORY: Barneys New York was an American luxury brand iconic Department Store founded in 1923. It had a tradition of unearthing and promoting emerging designers, such as including Armani, Comme des Garcons, Christian Louboutin, and and more to the US market. It's NYC flagship on 61st and Madison closed in 2019 after experiencing financial difficulties.
